HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
If you’re unsure on your size while shopping, a size guide is available on all product
pages. You can also find the size guide by clicking the ‘get the perfect fit’ button in the very top left of our
website.
If you are new to online shopping and not sure on your size and width, you might
find our ‘How to Shop
Online Guide’ handy.
We carry brands that are available in UK, AUS (US equivalent) and EU sizes, so when selecting
your size and width please take careful note of the size you are selecting. It is important to note that sizes
and widths vary across brands so the sizing guide should be used as a guide only.
TIPS ON GETTING THE RIGHT FIT
If you are shopping online, use our sizing guide to measure your foot with a tape
measure. Taking time to properly measure your foot will save time later if you order the wrong size! If you are
shopping in store, our staff take the time to properly measure both your feet using a Brannock
device.
When browsing for new shoes, look for toe shapes that will
suit the shape of your feet.
Consider the socks and stockings you will be wearing and allow for some extra space. If
you have orthotics, consider these too.
Once your shoes arrive, try them on at the end of the day, take a walk around the
house (on carpet to avoid marking the soles) and do not assume your shoes will loosen if they’re too tight. If
you believe you have ordered the wrong size or width, please contact us.
